Day # 10 of the Virtual Book Tour for No Problem: The Upside of Saying No

Welcome to Day 10 of the Book Tour!

Today, I have the honour of visiting with Jess Bonasso, also known as "The Self Care Goddess".

I met Jess on the internet a while ago, as a result of her beautiful blog and facebook page. We discovered later that we had both spent a number of years in the IT (computer programming) industry, so we feel like cyber twins!

Today's article talks about how to have healthy relationships by putting self-care first. It may come as a surprise to those of us who struggle with self-care  (and puts the other person in the relationship first) that relationships actually really thrive when each person in the relationship takes great care of themselves.

Enjoy the article here on Jess's blog and all comments and questions are welcome!

Visit the full book tour schedule for other articles on self-care, emotional wellness and how to say no without the guilt!

A bit about Jess Bonasso

SelfCareGoddessJess Bonasso, otherwise known as “The Self Care Goddess”, empowers others to breakthrough self-sabotage so they can LOVE themself and their life!

Having made well over 6-figures in the corporate world after a 13 year career, Jess is no stranger to success. Unfortunately, her focus on creating financial success caused her life to fall out of balance in other areas and turned into a variety of physical, mental, emotional, and financial saboteurs. These saboteurs ultimately helped her redefine what success meant, causing her to leave the corporate world!

Deciding that it was more important to follow her passion & her bliss, Jess created a more balanced and holistic definition of success as an enlightened entrepreneur, speaker, coach, trainer, & movement facilitator. For more about Jess, visit
